Thanks for your interest in becoming a Volunteer!
Volunteers are key to
making Mommies On a Mission Sales a success! Volunteers who
work a 4-5 hour shift receive an addition 5% on top of their 65% base earnings,
totaling 70% earnings of sales. Not only do volunteers receive 5%, but they get
to shop absolutely FIRST. All volunteers will receive ONE pass to enter the
VOLUNTEER ONLY sale that is before the Consignor sale and the Exclusive Pre-Sale
Event. Volunteers will get first pickings of all merchandise at the sale!
Volunteer Policy! This is STRICTLY enforced! Please READ Carefully!!!!!!
You do NOT have to be a
consignor to Volunteer. If you want to receive a pass to Shop first, the
only shifts that we will be offering to the public is during Set-UP and
Drop Off times PRIOR to the Sale. Once you have completed a minimum of 2 hours,
you will receive ONE pass to the Volunteer Sale.
You do not have to work
a full 4-5 hour shift to receive a pass into the Volunteer Sale, if you can only
work a couple hours, you will receive a pass but you will NOT receive an
additional 5%.
You MUST complete your
4-5 hour shift to receive your 5% earnings.
If a Consignor
does not show up for their shift(s) they will not only lose their incentives,
but their total earnings (commission) percentage will drop to
30%. It is extremely important that our Consignors/Volunteers are
responsible for their shifts. If you cannot fulfill your obligation, you must
seek a replacement! You will not receive your 5% incentive if you do not
complete your shift!
If you have an extreme
Emergency, please contact MOM Staff as soon as possible. This policy is
strictly enforced in order to prevent people from reaping the rewards of
shopping early and then not fulfilling their end of the bargain. We get
tons of request to Volunteer, so PLEASE be 100% sure you will be able to work
your shift prior to signing up. Please, absolutely no children under the age of
10 during your volunteering shift. We do not offer any type of Childcare before,
during or after the sale; please make prior arrangements for childcare during
your Volunteer Shift.
