Please allow 30-45 minutes for drop off.
Please have all your items tagged, in
order per your inventory sheet and
ready to go! .
*Please don't
forget to bring your Inventory sheet and signed Consignor contract*
Please feel free to make a copy of your inventory sheet for your own records
Bring a Self addressed, STAMPED
envelope. This is what your check will be mailed to you in. If you do not
provide an envelope, a $1 deduction from your final check will be made for
postage and supplies. If you are wanting all your sold tags returned to you,
please provide a larger envelope with ample postage. If you do not provide an
envelope and request your tags back, a $2 deduction from your final check will
be assessed.
Upon your arrival, all items will be
inspected, items deemed not acceptable will be returned to you.
Once your items have been inspected, you
will then place your items in the appropriate place.
You will receive ONE pass into the
"Consignor Only Sale". Sorry, guest are not allowed to the Consignor
Only sale.
****For People who live in the way WEST Valley, we will
consider doing a remote drop off in Surprise/El Mirage/Litchfield area if there
are enough people signed up for Drop Off****
Pick Up
If you do not wish to donate your items
to charity, you are responsible for picking up your unsold items before the
designated ending time, NO EXCEPTIONS! We have to vacate the
facility promptly and will not be able to stay longer for pick-ups.
Also, please bring/ leave a large sized
plastic tote with your name and consignor # written (piece of paper or tape) on
it if you are planning on picking up your unsold items. This will make sorting
the unsold items easier at the end of the sale. Tote will be returned to you
with your unsold items at pick up.
